As Laura said, above… I hope you get that home! I am so happy I didn’t follow the advice of so many to downsize after my children moved out. I have the home I want, and it’s perfect because it has enough room to house my children when they come to visit, (and my precious grandchild!) It also has a yard where I can grow my vegetables and roses, and a pool for those hot days. Why shouldn’t we live our dreams later in life? As a child of a military father, we moved 15 times, and I never could call anything a home for very long. This part of my life, I’m staying put and it feels so good.
