I’m a natural born redhead, and I’ve heard the “you shouldn’t wear long hair” story from my mom ever since I hit 35. I’m now decades older and still wearing my hair just below my shoulders. I can’t imagine it any other way because it’s just “me.” i haven’t gone gray because my skin is as white as a ghost and I’m afraid I’d just disappear without hair color! I really enjoyed your article!
